I finally made it to Trestle Bike Park for opening day. I met up with my buddy Louis and we spent the day doing as many laps as we could.
We decided to do the 65 mile Twin Lakes to Turquoise Lake Gravel ride around Leadville Colorado. It was an epic day on the gravel bikes with single track, jeep roads, pavement and lots of weather. At the end of the adventure we wanted to try do it again.
We get to tour the REEB Cycles Lyons Barn Factory and Demo the REEB Sqweeb with JC Trails and Crank Pushers.
Riding the lesser known trails in Breckenridge, Colorado we had the opportunity to get beat down on a 14 mile epic alpine loop mtb ride.
Steep grade uphills followed by rocky, rooty downhills. All in a days work in Breckenridge Colorado.
Monarch Crest Trail is an IMBA Epic mountain bike ride in Salida Colorado. The trail is 35 miles long with changing scenery. The adventure starts off at the top of Monarch Pass and ascends right away. We jumped off the shuttles and were greeted by a thunderstorm, heavy rain and hail.
The rain followed us for the next 30 miles but did not stop the amazing alpine views. This was truly an epic day and test of our characters. Cold, wet and tired we pushed on enjoying steep uphills and fast technical descents.
A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to ride with RC from the Outdoor Gold channel and Sean Hanson a friend of ours. We decided to ride Apex Park in Golden, CO. The weather was little soggy but we hit the hero dirt for an epic day on the bike.
A few weeks back I got to ride with a good friend Ed Dunne in Buena Vista Colorado. Ed Is a serious biker and artist who runs www.velobling.com (Check it out) We rode the Gentlemen’s Loop and had a great time. Afterwards we hit up the local downtown scene by stoping into the local breweries and bike shops.
On an Awesome morning in May I met up with a few friends and hit the trails at Hall Ranch in Lyons, CO.
I have been doing alot of group rides with other YouTubers lately. I love riding with as many people as I can. In this video we tackle the Ribbon Trail in Grand Junction Colorado as well as the section of trail known as the Toilet Bowl…(make a mistake here and get flushed).
